Flex Nylon Thermo Adhesive Garment Film

Our technology has enabled us to develop a thermo adhesive for waterproof fabrics, with better wash test results than rivals products on the market and is also more flexible when used on knotted fabrics.

 

Flex Nylon is a top quality film made from 50% polyurethane and 50% copoliamide. Produced in a top european factory and tested to ensure high standards for printing, cutting, application and wash resistance. 

 

The surface is matt and smooth, with excellent adhesion, and its special formula allows the film to be ironed. Developed to combine a thin film which lies flat on the garment without compromising the quality.

 

The thermo adhesive provides a maximum adhesion to a wide variety of fabrics, especially commonly difficult fabrics. The 100 micron thermo stabilised and anti static carrier ensure great results on fine detail.

 

Check in advance the compatability of the fabric with the heat press and the compatability of the thermo adhesive with the fabric. Garments should ideally be washed before the film is applied to remove any processing residues (e.g. loom oils) that could cause adhesion or sealing problems when washing the garment. 

 

This product is 50cm wide and is available either by the metre or on 25m rolls. Excellent value for a high quality product.
